Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing relationships to drive sales for our real estate offerings. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify Target Markets: Research and analyse potential markets, clients, and investment opportunities in the UK real estate sector.
- Lead Generation: Use various online and offline tools, platforms, and strategies to generate high-quality leads, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, real estate portals, and networking events.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage lead databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- CRM Management: Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage communication, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Email Campaigns: Create and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture potential leads and drive engagement.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to potential clients, investors, and property buyers.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and handed off for further engagement.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and overall performance on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends in the UK is a plus.
- Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
