Job Description:
We are looking for a (Remote-Job/Can be able to come on-site in future) talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through video and possess the technical skills to produce high-quality content for various platforms. You will collaborate with our creative team to bring concepts to life and create engaging videos that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, tutorials, and more, while maintaining brand consistency.
- Storytelling: Craft engaging narratives and visual stories through video editing techniques, including pacing, transitions, and sound design.
- Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project goals and contribute creative input to enhance video quality.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage video files, ensuring all assets are properly labeled, archived, and easily accessible for future use.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise videos based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring the final product meets expectations and standards.
- Color Grading and Sound Design: Apply color correction, grading, and audio enhancements to ensure the highest quality in video production.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, techniques, and software updates to continuously improve editing skills and stay competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, shooting, and post-production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
